工学博士,副教授,主要从事半导体热电材料与器件的微观结构与物性关联、透射电子显微学等研究,共计发表学术论文63篇,h因子26,总引用数>2000次。近五年,以(共同)第一作者或通讯作者在Science、Nature Nanotechnology、Science Advances、Advanced Materials等期刊发表论文十余篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、广东省自然科学基金面上项目和博士后科学基金面上项目,入选深圳市海外高层次人才。
