于忠亮,工学博士,助理教授,深圳市高层次专业人才(后备级)。2010年获西安电子科技大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业工学学士学位,2015年获西安交通大学机械工程专业工学博士学位,荣获西安交通大学优秀博士学位论文奖。2015年起,就职于东北大学机械工程与自动化学院,获学院贡献奖,优秀共产党员等荣誉。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金(面上一等)、中央高校基本科研业务专项等纵向科研项目5项,以第一作者在SCI期刊、EI会议上发表学术论文20余篇,拥有授权发明专利6项。主要研究方向包含微电子机械系统、微纳传感与微纳制造、微纳脑机接口等。
