研究成果包括实现少数横模独立控制出射的少模VCSEL、优化台面排布的高热稳定性VCSEL阵列,实现用于光子神经网络的二维材料集成硅基光电子器件、中红外波段高性能硅光热光调制器等。以一作/共同一作在Nature Communications、Nano Letters、Advanced Optical Materials、Optics Express等高水平期刊发表论文近10篇,共发表SCI论文30余篇。
