硕士生导师,主要研究方向为低维材料光谱学,低维半导体光电器件、自旋电子器件的构筑等。包括通过自主搭建和设计的微区光谱测试光路,高压低温强磁场等极端环境在光谱测试中的耦合,全开放式的光路调节等多种光学技术,以实现超低波数拉曼光谱、荧光光谱、吸收光谱、圆二向色性、和二次谐波等的探测,探究低维半导体和磁性材料体系的激子,晶格振动、自旋-声子耦合、电-声耦合、自旋波等物理性质。以第一作者和合著身份共发表30余篇SCI论文,主持和参与多项国家自然科学基金青年基金、面上基金、深圳市重点实验室等项目。

1,低维半导体和磁性材料的光谱学
主要研究低维半导体和磁性材料的稳态光谱学和非线性光学,包括室温和各种极端(高压、低温、强磁场)条件下的超低波数拉曼光谱、 荧光光谱、吸收光谱、圆二向色性、和二次谐波等;

主要研究二维单层TMDC激子性质及其光电器件的构筑;二维磁性材料的隧穿结等自旋存储电子器件的构筑。
