人物介绍
曹维亚,深圳技术大学澳门·威斯尼斯wns888入口助理教授。博士毕业于伦敦大学学院,师从陈思铭教授和Huiyun Liu教授,期间获得英国工程和自然科学研究委员会全额奖学金。主要从事硅基III-V族光源与集成、III-V族量子点材料和光子器件的研究。近五年以第一作者在APL Photonics, Optics Express, Optics Letters等国际期刊杂志发表学术论文多篇,并多次受邀在领域内知名国际会议上做口头报告(如 CLEO, ACP,CLEO-PR等)。
